Aaron consistently leads and instructs our new employees in the MGM standard and is at the forefront of our future and existing drivers.

Aaron always brings a cheerful mood to the workday and consistently works to prepare drivers on short notice when required.

He has also played a key role in training loader operators and drivers for the Covalent contract, working closely with other trainers from Port Hedland and Perth Branches in developing and updating VOC.

It is a privilege to have Aaron on the Southwest Team and his efforts don’t go unrecognised.

Aaron Williams - Training and Onboarding Trainer and Assessor South West

Employee of the Month | Oct 2023

Since starting his journey with MGM Bulk, Peters has always brought a positive attitude to the window. He is one of the easiest-going, happy-go-lucky characters I’ve ever enjoyed working with.

Peter continues to meet his KPIs daily in a safe & timely manner.

On a recent visit to Port Hedland, I discussed a few things with him from an operator’s perspective. This gave me some insight into ways that we can continue to improve as an organisation.

Continue to lead by example, Peter!
